ARC Operations · All announcements
Welcome, new and returning teams. Here is what operations published for the 2026 season.
Registration
The registration form was emailed once dates were locked, and payment ran through Zeffy. Fees announced in this update:
| Event | Fee |
|---|---|
| 3v3 match | $450 |
| 1v1 match | $150 |
Team-specific registration questions went to natalie.hahn@robomasterna.com. General questions went to the community Discord. If a team never saw the email, check spam and then write in.
The 2025–2026 registration window has since closed. Late requests go to operators@arc-robotics.org.
Host
The 2026 event is hosted by BoilerBots, a recognized student organization at Purdue University. MacFalcons from McMaster and Thornbots from Rose-Hulman also bid. Thank them. They put real work into those bids.
Rules and conferences
Operations planned to propose a field design, and possibly rule changes, for the North American event, and to post those on the announcements page as they were ready.
Official regional competitions were not staffed for 2026. Teams were encouraged to host unofficial conferences instead, in the style of the Midwest Conference run by BoilerBots. ARC could not promise money or staff for those. Questions about the conference starter pack went to derek.wang@robomasterna.com.
