These manuals are the rules of the ARC Robotics Competition. They are published for teams and volunteers. They are not a license to use the rules, field, or referee system for anything else.
If a call on the field disagrees with a memory of the manual, the manual plus the answered Q&A wins. Lightning shows whether a robot has passed inspection. It does not replace the manual.
How to ask a rules question
- Read the Q&A collection to see if it has already been answered.
- If it has not, submit a question.

The Robot Building Specifications refer out to the RoboMaster manuals for shared hardware. Those live on the RoboMaster wiki.
Season 2 manuals are not published yet. The Season 2 preview says version 1 of the 2027 events, participant, and robot manuals is planned for November 1, 2026.
