The World's Greatest Robotics Esports Competition. University teams build the robots, then play 1v1, 3v3, and an engineering challenge in front of a live field. Hosted by BoilerBots at Purdue University.
Short version. The manuals are the rules.
Hold the center for a point a second. A kill is worth 20. First to 200, or the higher score when time runs out.
3v3 rules of thumbLimited shots, central cover, and a weight tiebreaker. Missing on purpose is a way to lose.
1v1 rules of thumbPick up cubes and score them in three exchange stations that are not facing the same way twice.
Engineering challengeOperations posts. There is an RSS feed.
Season 2 keeps projectile combat at the center and adds Aerial and Dart. Version 1 of the 2027 manuals is planned for November 1, 2026.
Host requirements for ARCC 2027 are published. Teams that want to bid should email operations, then present at a town hall.
Starting with the 2026 season the competition no longer uses the RoboMaster name. The event still runs, on the same referee system, under a new identity.
