Register a team
Introduce a new university team. The 2025–2026 registration window is closed.
Team registration for the 2025–2026 season closed on November 30, 2025. Event registration closed on March 15, 2026. A late request for that season still goes to operators@arc-robotics.org, not through this form.
Use this form to introduce a team for a later season. Say who the captain is, which events you are aiming at, and the Discord handle that should hold the team representative role. One person per team holds that role. Points of contact can be several people. They are the ones operations will ping when something cannot wait for email.
The form on this prototype validates your entry and then discards it. Nothing is written to a database, and nobody is emailed. Send the same note to operators if you need a human to see it.
What you put here is what would eventually show up on a stream lower-third and on the public team list, so use the name you want spoken out loud.
