Volunteer

Apply to referee, inspect, reset the field, or run the show at an ARC event.

The event does not run without volunteers. Referees, inspectors, field reset, and the stream are mostly people who used to be on a team, or who want a close look at one.

This form is a first version of the public site. It checks that the application is complete and then stops. It does not save what you send, and it does not email the operations team. Until that is hooked up, also write contact@arc-robotics.org if you need a real reply.

Roles we staff at the event:

  • Referee, inside or outside the field
  • Robot inspection
  • Field reset between matches
  • Stream and commentary support
  • Pit administration and check-in

Cloudflare Turnstile placeholder. The widget appears here after PUBLIC_TURNSTILE_SITE_KEY is set at build time. Submissions are still accepted while the secret is unset, and the confirmation says verification was skipped.
